Post-Graduation: MBA (Marketing & Sales) -preferable.
Under-Graduation: BTech/BE (computers/Electronics/ Electrical),BSC (computers/Electronics)
- Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets
- Generate leads and cold call prospective customers
- Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business
- Mapping the customer entire expansion details and developing sales plan accordingly.
- Taking care of end-to-end requirements of the Assigned Clients or in Inter Assigned Region.
- Responsible to close the orders. Develop the business sales and marketing strategy.
- Meet and Exceed Targets. Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to senior management/the board of directors
- Result oriented, high emotional intelligence, restless and willing to work under agreed parameters of performance and operating conditions.
- Should be graduate preferably in BE/B.Tech/BSc. MBA post-graduation is plus.
- Should have Proven track record
- Must have 2 to 5 years of working experience with organisations dealing with Aerospace including ISRO (Indian Space Research Organisation).
- Written and verbal communication skills - needed for communicating with a range of people, both internally and externally, as well as presentation skills
- Have good negotiation skills, decision making skills.
- Good Knowledge in selling IT Hardware Products.
- Good selling skills, ability to motivate yourself and set your own goals
- Creative Ideas, Research & Best practices to achieve targets.
- Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Ability to multitask and prioritise your workload.
